~on< 10 PAS- Sp <br />ensure that all programs within the County that provide health <br />related educational services for lower income groups are aware <br />of the program's existence, to provide information regarding <br />toddler seats for participating parents who are returning <br />their infant carriers, to be a focal point for child transpor- <br />tation safety dissemination with the County by using materials <br />provided by GHSP. <br />WHEREAS, the GHSP Local Government Child Restraint <br />Loaner Program set out hereinabove be and it is formally <br />approved by the Board of Commissioners and that the County <br />Manager of this County be and is hereby empowered to sign <br />and execute the required agreement between this County and <br />the GHSP to acquire the benefits of the Local Government <br />Child Restraint Loaner Program herein above set out for the <br />C ounty. <br />Mrs. H. M. Jackson appeared before the Board and presented <br />petitions asking that the Jonesboro Library Branch not be closed. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Jack D. Funderburke, the Board <br />moved to go into Executive Session to consider a personnel matter. Commissioner <br />Lila P. Nielsen seconded the motion which was unanimously adopted. Following <br />the Executive Session, Commissioner Lila P. Nielsen moved that the Executive <br />Session be closed and the Board resume its public meeting. Commissioner Jack <br />D. Funderburke seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />Therebeing no further business come before the session, it <br />was adjourned sine die. <br />C <br />
