0 <br />BOOK 10 Pr,sE 557-&- <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS OF LEE COUNTY <br />CONCERNING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />• <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Lee County Board of Commissioners in its <br />regular session assembled approves the adoption of the following <br />resolution to file an Amended Application for Community Develop- <br />ment Project #B-80-DN-37-0071; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners find that the originally <br />planned activities in the 1,980 Community Development Program <br />have been completed, and <br />WHEREAS, there remains a small amount of unspent or obligated <br />funds in this program, and <br />WHEREAS, these funds appear to be sufficient to install a <br />waterline in the Colon Post Office Area, and <br />WHEREAS, this activity does not constitute a new activity, <br />only a change in location,, and <br />WHEREAS, the necessary public hearings have been held; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners <br />hereby authorizes its chairman and staff, for and in behalf <br />of the Citizens of Lee County„ to file this Amended Appli- <br />cation with the Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br />Approved this <br />day of September, 1982, <br />K.
