l.] <br />0 <br />IN 44 <br />SANFORD-LEE COUNTY AIRPORT COMMISSION <br />1983-84 BUDGET ORDINANCE <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Sanford-Lee County Airport . <br />Commission in its regular session assembled approves the adoption <br />of the following budget to cover costs of necessary preliminary <br />engineering information, in order to request grant funds from <br />the Federal Aviation Administration. <br />SECTION 1. The preliminary engineering service <br />requirement is related to the construction of-and lighting of <br />the 3500 lf. long by 40' wide parallel and connecting taxiway <br />system to Runway 3/21 at the Sanford-Lee County Airport. <br />Section 2. The following amounts are hereby appropriated <br />for the operation of the Sanford-Lee County Airport Development <br />Aid Program # 3-37-0065-02 , for the period of <br />January 1, 1983, to December 31, 1983, according to the following <br />schedule and summary. <br />P <br />Section 3. That for said project there is hereby <br />appropriated the following: <br />EXPENDITURES <br />CODE <br />PROJECT # 3-37-0065-02 <br />PURPOSE <br />4106-8130-315 Phase I Preliminary Engineering <br />APPROPRIATION <br />$31,500'.00 <br />Section 4. The following Sanford-Lee County Airport <br />Development Aid Program revenue will be available during the <br />period of January 1, 1983 to December 31, 1983, to meet the <br />foregoing Sanford-Lee County Airport Development Aid Program <br />appropriations. <br />CODE REVENUE SOURCE AMOUNT <br />Airport Reserve Capital Improvements $31,500.00 <br />and/or Matching Funds Account <br />TOTAL REVENUES - SANFORD-LEE COUNTY $31,500.00 <br />AIRPORT DEVELOPMENT AID PROGRAM <br />Section 5.
