The Board next <br />the Sheriff's vehicles. <br />by Commissioner Matthews, <br />bid from Womble Chevrolet <br />BOOK 11 PATE 78 <br />considered the bid tabulation as received on <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Almond, seconded <br />it was unanimously adopted to accept the low <br />in the amount of $19,202.00. (Copy attached) <br />The County Manager presented Appropriation Adjustment #83030712 <br />for the board's consideration and approval. Upon motion of Commissioner <br />Wicker, seconded by Commissioner Matthews the Budget Amendment was <br />unanimously approved. (Copy attached) <br />The County Manager also presented a amendment to the Jail <br />Renovation Fund in order to close out the fund. Upon motion of Commissioner <br />Almond, seconded by Commissioner Matthews, and upon a vote Commissioners <br />Almond, Dossenbach, Dotterer, and-Matthews voted for it and Commissioner <br />Wicker voted against it, the budget amendment was approved. (Copy attached) <br />The Board next considered a request for an appropriation of $750 <br />from Social Services to cover two recent indigent burials. Upon motion of <br />Commissioner Matthews, seconded by Commissioner Wicker, the request was <br />unanimously approved. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Matthews, seconded by Commissioner <br />Wicker, the Tax Supervisor's list of tax releases was unanimously approved. <br />The County Manager informed the Board about a new law being <br />introduced that will require a separate Board of Equalization and Review. <br />The Board went on record as supporting the concept of the separate board <br />but?oppose partisan membership on the board. <br />There being no further business to come before the board, the <br />meeting adjourned. <br />I <br />C I RM N <br />i <br />CLER <br />
