IV.B Public Hearing on the Capital Improvements Program (CIP)for FY 2021 - FY 2025 On June 1, 2020, the Recommended Capital Improvements Program was presented to the Board of Commissioners for consideration. The public hearing was scheduled for June 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. and was advertised in the Sanford Herald on June 3, 2020. Chair Dalrymple opened the public hearing for comment. The following people submitted comments related the proposed Capital Improvement Plan which were read aloud by the Clerk to the Board: - Michael Paventa, 2718 Bellair Drive, Sanford, NC (new public library) - Kathy Kostrewa, 1809 Periwinkle Road, Sanford, NC (new library) - Kathy Jones, kmjones1967@gmail.com (new library) - Cathy Griffith, 304 South Main Street, Broadway, NC (Lee County Library/Central Carolina Community College Project) Chair Dalrymple closed the public hearing.
