BOOK 11 ppxH 116 <br />1983-84 BUDGET ORDINANCE <br />AIP PROJECT °3-37-0065-02 <br />is <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Lee County Board of Commissioners in its <br />regular session assembled approves the adopt Lon of the following budget <br />in order to accommodate the grant offer of the Federal Aviation Administration <br />in the amount of $235,884, being 90 percent of Airport Improvements Project <br />%3-37-0065-02 PART B: <br />SECTION I. The following amounts are hereby appropriated for the <br />operation of the Sanford-Lee County Airport AIP Program K3-37-0065-02 PART B <br />for the period of May 2, 1983, to May 1, 1964, according to the following <br />schedule and summary; <br />SECTION 2. This Airport Improvements Program is for relocation of <br />terminal building, maintenance building, hangars and fuel facilities, along <br />with installation and relocation of utilities and development of a new access <br />road; <br />SECTION 3. For said project there is hereby appropriated the <br />following funds: <br />CODE PURPOSE APPROPRIATION <br />4107-8140-120 Administration $ 400.00 <br />4107-8140-314 Architectural/Engineering Basic 26,230.00 <br />Fees <br />4107-6140-316 Subsurface investigation and 5,358.00 <br />Construction Testing <br />4107-8140-317 Resident Inspection 16,250.00 <br />4107-8140-630 Construction G Project Improvements 213,855.00 <br />TOTAL APPROPRIATIONS - SANFORD-LEE COUNTY AIRPORT $262,093-00 <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (AIP) <br />e <br />N3-37-0065-02 PART B <br />SECTION 4. The following Sanford-Lee County Airport Improvement Program <br />revenue will be available during the period of May 2, 1983, to May 1, 1984, to <br />meet the foregoing Sanford-Lee County Airport Improvement Program appropriations: <br />CODE REVENUE SOURCE AMOUNT <br />4107-3453-334 Federal Aviation Administration $235,884.00 <br />4107-3453-331 N.L. Dept. of Transportation 13,104.00 <br />4107-3453-332 County of Lee 6,552.50 <br />4107-3453-333 City of Sanford 6,552.50 <br />TOTAL REVENUES - SANFORD-LEE COUNTY AIRPORT $262.093-00 <br />IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (AIP) <br />#3-37-0065-02 PART B <br />SECTION 5. Copies of this budget should be furnished to the Sanford-Lee <br />County Airport Comm ission, the Lee County Grants Administration Office and <br />the Finance Office of the County of Lee to be kept on file for direction in <br />the collection of revenues and expenditures of amount appropriated. <br />SECTION 6. The Lee County Finance Officer is to transfer the remaining <br />excess funds that were previously loaned, back to the source from which they <br />came.
