Immediately upon knowing that any wild animal <br />is outside the secondary enclosure and out of sight of the <br />owner, the owner shall contact the Animal Control Section <br />of the District Health Department and give a detailed report <br />of how many animals are at large, what kind of animals are <br />at large, the area where they are expected to be, any par- <br />ticular dangers which are created for the public, and any <br />precautions which the public should take to avoid harm. <br />b. That the Animal Control Section will then notify <br />the neighbors who are listed on the original application, the <br />Sheriff, and the <br />Animal Control Officer, <br />all Rescue <br />Squads, <br />Fire Departments, <br />and all schools in the <br />County if <br />in session, <br />C. All <br />owners shall report to <br />the Animal <br />Control <br />Officer in writing within five (5) days of such occurrence <br />all births, deaths, change of location and transfer of <br />possession of any such animals. <br />Section 11.
