Almond, John R. Dossenbach, Jr., John E. Dotterer, Bertha L. Matthews and Gordon A. Wicker. Hartman, Jr. , the County The minutes of the regular meeting held on May 2nd, 1983, were approved and ordered recorded, upon motion of Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr.; which motion was seconded by Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews and upon a vote unanimously adopted. At 7:15 o'clock p.m„ the Chairman announced that the time had arrived to hold a public hearing on the proposed use of revenue sharing funds, Comm- issioner Gordon A,. Wicker moved that the Board conduct the public hearing. Comm- issioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr„ seconded the motion and upon a vote the motion was unanimously adopted, The Chairman declared the meeting open for all persons to express their opinions as to the use of revenue sharing funds in the coming year. After hearing all persons who desired to speak on the subject, the public hearing was closed, upon motion of Commissioner Gordon A. Wicker, which motion was seconded by Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews and unanimously adopted upon a vote. The Board recognized Mrs, Albert Adcock and members of Girl Scout Senior Troop 146, who were in attendance at the meeting. . Mr. Doug Wilkinson and Mr. Meigs Golden, members of the Board of Trustees of Central Carolina Technical College, appeared before the Board and presented the budget request on behalf of that institution.
