As stated, one possible source of the loan funds is the CRF. Rules associated with the <br /> CRF allow grants to non-profits who can carry out functions that local governments are <br /> allowed to operate. Loans to business should also be an eligible use. The County can <br /> also contact the Golden Leaf Foundation and seek approval to use our revolving loan <br /> funds for non-manufacturing entities. Our agreement with Golden Leaf says the funds <br /> are to be used to create jobs with an emphasis on manufacturing. We received approval <br /> to loan funds to the Airport and SAGA since these two groups are involved with economic <br /> growth in Lee County. <br /> Testing — Testing rules are changing and the result is more people are starting to be <br /> tested in Lee County. <br /> Potential/Actual Calendar - Summary: <br /> May 4 — General Services began evaluating facilities to alter reception and citizen <br /> greeting areas for social distancing solutions. <br /> May 11 — Some Locations begin to recall employees who have been working at home. <br /> Park Facilities open and used as open space. <br /> May 26— Restrictions on parks begin to be lifted. Employees Department Heads need in <br /> facilities to begin staggered phase in of re-opening facilities can report to work. <br /> June 1- First possible date to begin opening facilities to citizens. Hours of operation will <br /> be limited at the beginning. Some programs where social distancing can be maintained <br /> will restart or begin <br /> June 15 — Employees deemed as essential to providing customer service in person will <br /> be removed from teleworking and allowed to report to county buildings. <br /> June 29 — Most County offices will return to 40-hour workweek.
