VI.D Windstream network contract authorization for the County Manager. <br /> When the County occupies the building located at 1807 Douglas Drive, fiber will need <br /> to be connected to the building. The IT Director has been negotiating with Windstream <br /> to get service to the building. A 5 year agreement saves the County about$1,000 per <br /> month and would cost about $4,200 per month for 5 years. The funds would come from the Biotech Center <br /> and go to Pfizer for training for jobs.
