Gilpin County received a full Plan, a <br />simple brochure to use as a handout, and a short video to post on social media and their <br />website. <br />Prowess County Economic Prosperity(2019) <br />PROWERS ECONOMIC PROSPERITY <br />PEP (Prowers County Economic Prosperity) <br />contracted with SBrand to facilitate a Board <br />retreat with all the investment partners. That <br />retreat was designed to improve communication <br />and relationships and result in a renewed sense <br />of purpose and Vision for PEP in the coming years. I LW <br />Morgan County Tourism Board (2018) <br />The Morgan County Tourism Board brought in Sheryl to <br />facilitate a series of meetings designed to focus the efforts <br />of the Board on specific Goals, Priorities and Strategies. <br />The resulting Plan was based on state data and local <br />economic information and has been a great success in <br />creating accountability, common understanding and <br />alignment, and follow through. <br />State of Colorado, Department of Local Affairs, Main Street <br />Program (2015 — present) <br />The State of Colorado has selected SBrand Consulting as one of the preferred <br />contractors to design and conduct facilitated Strategic Plans across the state for Main <br />Street Communities. All Main Street organizations are slightly different: some are <br />nonprofit boards, some are combined with a Chamber, some are part of the Downtown <br />Development Authority and some are committees appointed by the Towns.
