As a best practice, we recommend that the County implement an ongoing process for reviewing
and updating the Plan. We have included a suggested approach in our proposal that includes
quarterly meetings to celebrate successes, talk about lessons learned, set Action Steps for the
next quarter, and annually review the GPS for the County.
SBrand will present the Strategic Plan to Lee County for consideration at a meeting of the Board
no later than June 2020.
Draft and Final Reports, Recommendations and Documentation
All the facilitated meetings will have minutes and a report that will offer follow up steps (if
needed), actions to be taken prior to the next meeting, recommendations, and other ideas. All
draft reports will be available for review and revision as necessary before any final report is
presented. We recommend using the existing County website, direct email to meeting
attendees, and social media to circulate the information.
Deliverables
• A hard copy of all reports produced, along with a high-quality electronic copy of the
same.
• Electronic copies of all applicable Power Point presentation and photos used at public
meetings.
• Two hard copies and one editable version of the final draft.
We understand that all raw data obtained from the Strategic Planning process will become the
property of the County, and we request permission to use photos taken during the process as
well as the final product as examples of our work. Those examples will be used in marketing,
on our website and on our social media.
Experience and Qualifications
Sheryl Trent, Owner and Certltfed Master Facllltator
Formed in 2011 by Sheryl Trent, SBrand Consulting has a unique expertise in working with
clients to solve problems and fill in the blanks to guide the team through solutions and
implementation.
