Task Four: Create a Strategic Plan <br />document with an Implementation <br />Plan <br />All of our Strategic Plans are customized <br />to our clients (you can check out the <br />website for some examples) but there <br />are components to any Strategic Plan <br />that are critical to long term success. <br />Our methodology for creating a Strategic <br />Plan involves five key conversations (see <br />graphic to the left). <br />Our Road Map outlines in a visual way a <br />Strategic Plan and the main <br />components.
