SBrand is uni uely qualified for <br />this project based on our experience, background, expertise and passion. We are <br />strategic planners, meeting facilitators, and professional writers with a specific focus on <br />local government. The team associated with this project has vast experience working in <br />with a wide variety of organizations, including rural communities, across the country. <br />We use a proven process that is customized to each of our clients. <br />Our proven methodology includes four main main stems: to design a customized strategic <br />plan process; to gather information through surveys, meetings and personal interviews; <br />to design and facilitate work sessions; and to create a Strategic Plan document. <br />Induded in these tasks are the research of information and resources that will inform <br />the details of your strategic plan, and the development of reports and documentation. <br />We understand how to balance the needs and desires of a growing local community <br />with the statutory requirements from your State and Federal government partners. <br />I personally will lead and oversee the process: with over 28 years of strategic planning <br />management and leadership experience I have a unique skill set that will guide the Plan <br />through the process. My work both as an employee of county government (in <br />California and Colorado) as well as my extensive experience serving as a strategic <br />planning consultant to multiple county governments sets us apart. <br />I am one of fewer than forty Certified Master FacilitatorsTM in the world and bring expert <br />skills using stakeholder engagement and facilitation as a tool to explore ideas, have <br />honest and open communication, create an opportunity for all to contribute in a positive <br />and creative way, to be efficient and effective with time and resources, and to create <br />consensus -based agreements that stand the test of time. <br />SBrand Consulting www.she[yitrent.com 970.208.6633 <br />
