Zoning Map Amendment (Rezoning) Recommendation from Planning Board <br /> and Ordinance for a Zoning Map Amendment (Rezoning) Request for one <br /> vacant 43 + acre tract of land with frontage on Cox Maddox Road and Wilmer <br /> Road from Residential Agricultural (RA) to Residential Restricted (RR). — <br /> Marshall Downey <br /> This is a recommendation from the Planning Board for a rezoning request of <br /> a 43 acre tract of land off of Cox Maddox Road and Wilmer Road from <br /> Residential Agricultural to Residential Restricted.
