• <br />COUNTY OF LEE, NORTH CAROLINA <br />LEE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />Budget Amendment p3 <br />AIP Project 83-37-0065-01 <br />® <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Lee County Board of Commissioners in its regular <br />session assembled approves the adoption of Amendment R3 to increase the <br />following budget. This increase and amendment is necessary in order to <br />accomodate the offer of the Federal Aviation Administration grant in the <br />- <br />amount of 5220,000, being 90 percent of the project cost, for AIP Project <br />- <br />43-37-0065-01: <br />SECTION 1. The following amounts are hereby appropriated for the <br />operation of the Sanford-Lee County Airport AIP Project f3-37-0065-01 for <br />the period of August 1, 1982 to August 1, 1983, according to the following <br />schedule and summary; <br />SECTION 2. This airport improvement program is for general site <br />preparation of the terminal area; <br />SECTION 3. The Lee County Finance Officer is to transfer the remaining <br />excess funds that were previously loaned, back to the source from which they <br />came. This transfer is to become effective at the time federal funds from <br />the grant are available. <br />SECTION 6.
