Dossenbach, Jr., moved the passage of <br />the foregoing resolution and Commissioner Jerry M. Almond seconded the <br />motion, and the resolution was passed by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Jerry M. Almond, John R. Dossen- <br />bach, Jr., Bertha L. Matthews and Gordon A. <br />Wicker <br />NAYS: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner John E. Dotterer <br />The Board discussed the members and the terms of the Lee County <br />Industrial Facilities and Pollution Control Financing Authority. In view of the fact <br />that the original terms were scheduled to expire in December, and the Board had <br />decided to change the terms of all officials until June, it was decided to restate <br />and re-appoint the members in conformity with the Board's present policy. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF LEE, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1) That the present members and terms of The Lee County <br />Industrial Facilities and Pollution Control Financing Authority <br />are as follows: <br />Member <br />E. <br />M.
