After the recess, the <br />Board resumed its deliberations with all members present. <br />The County Manager reported to the Board that the City of <br />Sanford has a 75, 000 gallon water tank located near the Advancement <br />Center which they would give to the County. Commissioner Gordon A. <br />Wicker moved that the County Manager be authorized and empowered to have <br />an inspection made of the water tank and if found to be in acceptable condition, <br />to arrange for the moving of said tank and for both inspection and moving, he <br />be authorized to spend not more than $7, 500. 00. Commissioner Jerry M. <br />Almond seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. , moved that the <br />Board go into Executive Session to discuss real property matters. <br />The Board, following a short Executive Session, concluded it <br />and upon motion of Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. , seconded by <br />Commissioner Jerry M.
