.coy <br />Company Picnic Rules & Regulations <br />1. Request for facility and all information must be turned in at least one month <br />before the event is to occur. <br />2. A deposit, determined by the length of the event, will be required one month <br />prior to the event. <br />3. In the case of a cancellation after the one month limit, the deposit is not <br />refundable and the department reserves the right to schedule another event. <br />4. The balance due for money owed to Lee County Parks and Recreation Department <br />will be paid in full at the beginning of the day of the event. <br />5. The money owed to personnel hired by the company to work the event, will be given <br />in individual checks to the individual the day of the event. <br />6. Once the picnic begins, no refunds will be given. <br />7. The Lee County Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel <br />any portion of or all of a picnic if it is deemed to be in the best interest <br />of the department or the safety of the participants. <br />8. Only in the event of rain or other acts of God prior to the event starting <br />will a refund be considered in part or in full. <br />9. A rain date may be tentatively reserved with no additional charge. However, if <br />another company requests a picnic on your raindate, your company may opt to <br />relinquish that date or pay a non-refundable charge equal to the amount of the <br />original deposit in order to keep the rain date reserved. <br />10. The first planning meeting must be held at least 3 weeks.prior to scheduled <br />event. <br />
