<br />The real property, land, rights in land, equipment, apparatus,
<br />machinery and personal property which comprises the SIMPSON & SIMPSON, INC.,

<br />TRAILS END water system as it exists on October 27, 1983, including but not
<br />limited to, all wells, pumps, distribution lines, storage tanks, meters, filters,
<br />':purification equipment, chemicals, pipes, fittings, taps, tools, together with any
<br />other improvements used in connection with the operation of said system. A map
<br />and''specifications of said system is shown on the plans approved by the Department
<br />of:.Human Resources, Division of Health Services, Sanitary Engineering Section,
<br />3i tle'd "Trails End Water System, Serial No. 2152", dated April 24, 1978/Rev,
<br />-'June 8, 1978, by John Wiley Johnson, P. E. a copy of which is incorporated herein
<br />by'this reference. BUT IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED that any additions or
<br />improvements made to said system since the date of said map are included herein.

<br />"land within Q 00 feet/thereof, Buyer is to have fee simple title to said well site
<br />with a reversion clause in favor of Seller, if Buyer no longer uses site as a

<br />311 To give the County of Lee the unobstructed use of well site N1 and
<br />'weli site 42, and all streets shown on the subdivision plat drawn by Lacy M. Johnson,
<br />'titled "Trails End", dated October 18, 1977, and recorded in the Lee County Registry
<br />. in. Plat Cabinet 1, Slides 138 and 139, for the purpose of maintaining, operating or
<br />j
<br />to panding the Trails End water system.
<br />;.:4,i To give the County of Lee, a 30 foot easement along the rear property
<br />,.;lines of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, for the purpose of connecting well ..#41 and we 11 k2
