To increase revenue line item # 1100-3581-337 - <br />Home Health contract by $7,984.00. <br />2. To increase expense line items as follows: <br />#1100-5825-130 - Temp/Part-time Salaries $5,066. <br />#1100-5825-210 - FICA 536. <br />#1100-5825-341 - Travel 400. <br />#1100-5825-352 - Postage 77. <br />#1100-5825-396 - Bookkeeper/Cont.-Soc. 1,905. <br />Total Expense Increase $7,984 <br />These revisions are needed to incorporate the expense of <br />continuing the Home Health Service through the end of the fiscal <br />year and to budget the anticipated additional revenue anticipated. <br />Mos ofinn~ceerely, <br />Re "H.
