9ov it pmE 334 <br />MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR <br />MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR LEE COUNTY, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />Tuesday, March 6th, 1984 <br />The adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners <br />for the County of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 3:30 o'clock p, m, , <br />on Tuesday, March 6th, 1984, in the Commissioners Room on the second floor <br />of the County Office Building, 200 Wicker Street, Sanford, North Carolina, in <br />accordance with the motion of adjournment. Those present were Commissioners <br />John R. Dossenbach, Jr. , John E. Dotterer, Bertha L. Matthews and Gordon A. <br />Wicker. Commissioner Jerry M. Almond was absent, <br />Chairman Bertha L. Matthews declared a quorum present and <br />the meeting open for the transaction of business, <br />Chairman Bertha L. Matthews presided and the following <br />business was transacted: <br />The Board discussed and considered the budget requests for the <br />Planning and Inspection Department and for the Finance Officer's Department. <br />The Board then, upon motion made, duly seconded and unani- <br />mously adopted, resolved to adjourn this meeting until 3:30 o'clock p, m., on <br />Tuesday, March 13th, 1984, in the Commissioners Room on the second floor <br />of the County Office Building, 200 Wicker Street, Sanford, North Carolina, to <br />consider budget matters.
