M <br />9 <br />noa it 409 <br />(e) Keep and maintain in full force and effect (1) public <br />liability insurance, with such insurance company and in such amounts as the <br />Commission shall approve in writing, insuring Corporation and both the <br />Municipalities and the Commission against liability for personal injury, <br />death and property damages occasioned by the acts or omissions of Corp- <br />oration's employees, servants or agents, and (2) such other insurance as may <br />be required by law of Corporation as an employer; and, <br />(f) Not engage in any illegal activity or permit any nuisance <br />to exist on that part of the Premises described in Section 3. 2(b), including the <br />entire Administrative Building, <br />Section 7. Z. Maintenance. At the expiration of the lease of the <br />O Premises, Corporation shall return to the Municipalities and the Commission <br />that part of the Premises described in Section 3. 2 (b) and (c) hereof in as good <br />and sound condition as same now are, ordinary wear and tear excepted. <br />ARTICLE VIII <br />Assignment of Lease, Etc. <br />Section 8. 1. Sublet. Corporation may rent space as provided <br />in Section 4. 2(b) and except as therein provided may not sublet any part of the <br />Premises to any other person whomsoever without the prior written consent of the <br />Commission. <br />Section 8.2. Assignment of Lease. Corporation shall not assign <br />this Lease to any other person whomsoever, without the prior written consent of <br />0 the Commission. <br />
