nv li Pn,1 406 <br />® G <br />`14 other•renuYneration from the public-for the- right.torland upon or take-off from <br />the airport; <br />(c) To operate an air charter service in compliance with <br />applicable FAA regulations; <br />(d) To operate a school offering flight and ground instruction to <br />members of the public interested in becoming licensed to pilot aircraft; <br />(e) To engage in buying or otherwise acquiring, and selling, <br />leasing and renting, new and used aircraft, airplane radio and navigational equip- <br />ment, repair and replacement parts, and books, manuals, charts, computors and <br />related aids to pilots and students; <br />(f) To engage in repair and maintenance of aircraft owned by. <br />• other persons; and, <br />(g) To install, operate and maintain a radio communication <br />system (unicorn) to receive and transmit weather, airport advisory information, <br />and other lawful information for the safe and efficient use of the Airport by the <br />public. However, this paragraph does not supercede the right of either the <br />Municipalities or the Commission to allow other unicorn installations or to <br />change the primary responsibility for operation of the unicorn to another operator; <br />provided, however, that such changes are in compliance with FAA Regulations. <br />ARTICLE V <br />Term of Lease <br />Section 5. 1. Duration. This Lease and the right to exercise <br />0 the rights and privileges granted in connection therewith, shall commence on <br />the first day of July, 1984, and continue until midnight, local standard time, on <br />the 30th day of June, 1989, unless sooner terminated as herein provided. <br />
