5 <br />DWK 11 EacE 405 <br />(d) Excluded from the Airport is the 60 x 80 area as shown on <br />page 4 of the Terminal Area Development Plan, as approved by the FAA, for <br />the Airport, which was the subject of a lease between these parties in October, <br />1981. <br />ARTICLE IV <br />Use of Premises <br />Section 4. 1. Limitations on Use and Occupancy. Corporation <br />may use the Premises for the proper exercise of the rights and privileges granted <br />in this Article and for no other purpose. <br />Section 4.2. Permitted Uses. Municipalities hereby grants to <br />Corporation the right and privilege to use and occupy the Premises for the follow- <br />® ing purposes: <br />(a) To sell flight fuels of every sort, and oils, greases and <br />other lubricants, ordinarily used in and consumed by aircraft, including the <br />right to install and use pumps, tanks and equipment for the storage and dispensing <br />to aircrafts of such products, provided that the installation and use of the pumps, <br />tanks and equipment shall be limited to the ground area described and referred to <br />in Section 3. 2(b). <br />(b) To rent space within the hangers and upon the adjacent ground <br />area described and referred to in Section 3. 2(b) hereof to the public for the storage <br />and safe-keeping of aircraft, provided that (i) the rate of rentals charged by <br />Corporation shall be approved in writing by the Commission, (ii) space, as it <br />® becomes available for rental, shall be offered to the public on a first-come, <br />first-serve basis, and (iii) Corporation shall not charge or receive any fee or <br />
