BCLS (CPR) <br />Current Card <br />Agency accepts current BCLS certification from either <br />AHA, Red Cross, or hospital issued cards as long as they <br />are the standard requirements for Assigned Employee. <br />Criminal <br />Performed upon hire <br />Agency's policy is to conduct Criminal Background <br />Background Check <br />Checks upon hire on all Assigned Employee unless <br />otherwise instructed by client. If there is a gap in <br />employment or the Assigned Employee leaves the <br />company for more than 6 months, a criminal background <br />check will need to be updated prior to the start of the next <br />assignment. <br />OIG Sanctions <br />Upon application <br />Agency has a check procedure in place. To determine <br />whether Form I-9 documentation is valid, Agency uses E- <br />Verify's photo matching tool to match the photograph <br />appearing on some permanent resident cards, employment <br />authorization cards, and U.S. passports with the official <br />U.S. government photograph. E -Verify also checks data <br />from driver's licenses and identification cards issued by <br />some states. <br />10 <br />
