g. Obtain and keep on file all documentation required by the U.S. Immigration and <br />Naturalization Service to prove legal status to work and reside in the United <br />States; <br />h. At Client's request, provide certificates evidencing general liability and <br />professional liability insurance coverage. <br />1.2 Right to Control <br />In addition to Agency's duties and responsibilities set forth in paragraph 1, Agency, as <br />the common law employer, has the right to review and address, unilaterally or in coordination <br />with Client, Assigned Employee work performance issues and to enforce Agency's employment <br />policies relating to Assigned Employee conduct at the worksite. The work assignment of <br />Assigned Employee will be terminated by Agency upon receipt of Client's written request given <br />to Agency at least fifteen (15) days in advance; provided, however, that Client may immediately <br />terminate an Assigned Employee's work assignment for cause. If Assigned Employee's work <br />assignment is terminated for cause, Client shall provide Agency with a written statement <br />specifying the cause in reasonable detail promptly following such termination. <br />2. Client Duties and Responsibilities <br />Client will: <br />Properly supervise Assigned Employee's work performance and be responsible <br />for Client's business operations, products, services, and intellectual property; <br />b. Properly supervise, control, and safeguard its premises, processes, and systems, <br />and not permit Assigned Employees to operate any vehicle or mobile equipment, <br />or entrust them with unattended premises, cash, checks, keys, credit cards, <br />merchandise, confidential or trade secret information, negotiable instruments, or <br />other valuables without Agency's express prior written approval or as strictly <br />required by the job description provided to Agency; <br />C. Provide Assigned Employee with a safe work site and provide appropriate <br />information, training, and safety equipment with respect to any hazardous <br />substances or conditions to which Assigned Employee may be exposed at the <br />work site; <br />d. Not change Assigned Employee's job duties without Agency's express prior <br />written approval; <br />e. Exclude Assigned Employees from Client's benefit plans, policies, and practices, <br />and not make any offer or promise relating to Assigned Employees' compensation <br />or benefits; <br />f. Reimburse Agency for advertising conducted with respect to recruiting specific <br />personnel, when advertising is done at the request of Client; <br />g. Comply with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Control regulations found <br />under OSHA Standard 29 C.F.R.e.1910. Client certifies that it has developed and <br />follows an Exposure Control Plan in conformance with those regulations. At the <br />2 <br />
