In addition, party of the second part agrees that it <br />will provide theatrical direction and programs for Recreational Department <br />special events and festivals. Such programs will, after adequate notice, <br />be planned and executed as needed in the spirit of cooperation between the <br />Temple Theatre Company, Inc. and the Parks and Recreation Department. <br />SECCND: Party of the second part agrees that it.will provide a <br />theatre arts program at least curable to the program now directed <br />and supported by the Parks and Recreation Department. Party of the second <br />part also agrees that it will strive to provide the widest possible <br />assortment of performing arts programs, with open auditions for all non- <br />professional activities. Party of the second part also agrees that it <br />will strive to serve the needs of the entire an►muiity and all segments <br />thereof and will not project an elitist attitude as to any part or portion <br />• of its activities. <br />THIRD: Party of the first part agrees that it will release in monthly <br />increments to the Temple Theatre Company, Inc., the total sum of $18,600.00, <br />said sum being the amount of money equal to the gross cost to the county <br />of the theatre arts specialist salary. Party of the first part also agrees <br />that it will release the theatre arts specialist from employment with the_, <br />Lee County Parks and Recreation Department for employment by the Temple <br />Theatre Conpany, Inc., and that she shall serve as artistic director of. <br />the Temple Theatre CcnWny, Inc. program. <br />FOURTH: The parties hereto agree that all funds provided by party <br />of the first part shall be held in escrow by it, if necessary, until <br />needed to pay the salary of the artistic director.
