COUNTY OF LEE <br />NORTH CAROLINA <br />,,l <br />500K 11 a'u 51C <br />The Lee County Commissioners met on July 2, 1984 at their regular <br />meeting and adopted the following resolution: <br />WHEREAS, the North Carolina Department of Transportation anticipated <br />July 1984 allocation of $125,940.00 in Secondary Construction <br />Funds for Lee County for the forthcoming construction season <br />and a public hearing was held on July 2, 1984 in Wilrik County <br />Office Building on the expenditure of said funds; <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to retain approximately 16.4%.or $20,649.00 for <br />small projects that may come up during the year such as. road <br />additions, property owner participation projects; volunteer <br />fire departments and rescue squad drives, project overruns, <br />drainage problems, etc., <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to utilize approximately 24.9% or $31,400.00 <br />to improve existing paved secondary roads by: <br />1. SR 1158 - Widen 2' each side of existing pavement <br />From: SR 1157 to SR 1199 - 1.3 mi <br />Funds: $23,000.00 <br />2. SR 1009 - Widen 2' each side of existing pavement <br />From: Sanford CL to SR 1325 - 0.20 mi <br />Funds: $ 3,600.00 <br />3.
