Dotterer seconded the motion and upon a vote, <br />the Commissioners voted as follows: <br />AYES: Almond, Dotterer and Matthews <br />NAYS: Dossenbach and Wicker <br />An ordinance regulating the use of the Lee County Parks was <br />presented to the Board for its consideration. A copy of this ordinance is <br />attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Commiss- <br />ioner John E. Dotterer moved that the ordinance regulating the use of the <br />County Parks be adopted. Commissioner Jerry M. Almond seconded the motion <br />and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />The matter of the health insurance program for County employees <br />was brought up for discussion and was discussed at length. The Chairman appoint- <br />ed Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr., Commissioner John E. Dotterer, Mr. <br />Don McLaughlin, Mr. Don Gunderson and Mrs. Beatrice Fields, as a committee <br />to investigate the County's health insurance program and to report its recommen- <br />dations to the Board for its consideration. <br />Mr. Donn R. Gunderson appeared before the Board and requested <br />the following budget amendments which had been considered by a dramatic increase <br />in the demand for Chore Services: <br />1. Transfer from Medicaid (#11005352-422) <br />$50, 000 to SAA (#1100-5355-423). <br />2. Transfer from Medicaid (#11005352-422) <br />$2, 250 to Aid to the Blind (#11005356-424). <br />3. Transfer from Medicaid (#11005352-422) <br />$30, 000 to Temporary Salaries - Chore <br />01100-5312-130). <br />4. Transfer from Salaries and Wages (#1100- <br />5312-120) $13, 300 to Temporary Salaries <br />(#1100-5312-130). <br />5. Transfer $3, 000 from Medicaid (01100-5352- <br />422) to General Assistance #1100-5349-424). <br />6. Adjust the Revenue line item (#3535-335) to <br />eliminate the $65, 131 for the rest home/ <br />nursing home formula adjustment revenue. <br />
