Dotterer seconded the motion and upon a vote, the Commissioners voted as follows: AYES: Almond, Dotterer and Matthews NAYS: Dossenbach and Wicker An ordinance regulating the use of the Lee County Parks was presented to the Board for its consideration. A copy of this ordinance is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Commiss- ioner John E. Dotterer moved that the ordinance regulating the use of the County Parks be adopted. Commissioner Jerry M. Almond seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. The matter of the health insurance program for County employees was brought up for discussion and was discussed at length. The Chairman appoint- ed Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr., Commissioner John E. Dotterer, Mr. Don McLaughlin, Mr. Don Gunderson and Mrs. Beatrice Fields, as a committee to investigate the County's health insurance program and to report its recommen- dations to the Board for its consideration. Mr. Donn R. Gunderson appeared before the Board and requested the following budget amendments which had been considered by a dramatic increase in the demand for Chore Services: 1. Transfer from Medicaid (#11005352-422) $50, 000 to SAA (#1100-5355-423). 2. Transfer from Medicaid (#11005352-422) $2, 250 to Aid to the Blind (#11005356-424). 3. Transfer from Medicaid (#11005352-422) $30, 000 to Temporary Salaries - Chore 01100-5312-130). 4. Transfer from Salaries and Wages (#1100- 5312-120) $13, 300 to Temporary Salaries (#1100-5312-130). 5. Transfer $3, 000 from Medicaid (01100-5352- 422) to General Assistance #1100-5349-424). 6. Adjust the Revenue line item (#3535-335) to eliminate the $65, 131 for the rest home/ nursing home formula adjustment revenue.
