~oK 12 f~„c. 5'7~ ~ <br />Potentially dangerous inflammable material is prohibited. In any bonafide <br />emergency, the discharge of distress signals is permitted. <br />6.04 DOMESTIC ANIMALS. <br />(a) Animals. Animals shall be excluded from any place where food <br />or drinks are served, except within automobile parking areas <br />and walks immediately adjacent thereto. The running of <br />animals at large is prohibited. Animals shall be kept at <br />all times on leashes not greater than six (6) feet in length. <br />(b) No domestic animals shall be allowed in or on bathing area <br />or in any body of water within a Park area. <br />6.05 PUBLIC NUISANCE AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT. Whoever commits <br />such acts as are of a nature to corrupt the public morals or outrage the <br />sense of public decency or affect the peace and quiet of persons who may <br />witness them, or engages in brawling or fighting or engages in such conduct <br />as to constitute a hazard to the health, safety, or welfare of other park <br />visitors„ shall upon due notice of violation be classed as a trespasser, and <br />ordered to leave the Park. <br />6.06 No person shall impersonate any member or employee of the <br />Department for any reason. <br />Section 7. MERCHANDISING, ADVERTISING AND SIGNS <br />7.01 VENDING, PEDDLING, ETC. No person shall expose or offer for <br />sale any article or thing nor shall he station or place any stand, cart, or <br />vehicle [or the transportation, sale or display of any such article or mer- <br />Qhandise within the limits of any parks. Exception is here made as to any <br />regularly licensed concessionaire acting by and under the authority and regu- <br />lotion of the Department and providing foods, goods or services for the benefit <br />of the public. <br />7,02 ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY. All advertising or publicity <br />posted or announced in or on park property must be approved by the Park <br />Manager or Director of Parks and Recreation. <br />Section d. MISCELLANEOUS <br />8.01 LOST AND FOUND ARTICLES. The finding of lost articles shall <br />hP :'eported to the Park Manager or administrative officies of the Parks and <br />Recreation Department. While the Director can assume no responsibility for <br />search, every reasonable effort to find valuable lost property will he made <br />® -9- <br />
