~oK 12 f~„c. 5'7~ ~ Potentially dangerous inflammable material is prohibited. In any bonafide emergency, the discharge of distress signals is permitted. 6.04 DOMESTIC ANIMALS. (a) Animals. Animals shall be excluded from any place where food or drinks are served, except within automobile parking areas and walks immediately adjacent thereto. The running of animals at large is prohibited. Animals shall be kept at all times on leashes not greater than six (6) feet in length. (b) No domestic animals shall be allowed in or on bathing area or in any body of water within a Park area. 6.05 PUBLIC NUISANCE AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT. Whoever commits such acts as are of a nature to corrupt the public morals or outrage the sense of public decency or affect the peace and quiet of persons who may witness them, or engages in brawling or fighting or engages in such conduct as to constitute a hazard to the health, safety, or welfare of other park visitors„ shall upon due notice of violation be classed as a trespasser, and ordered to leave the Park. 6.06 No person shall impersonate any member or employee of the Department for any reason. Section 7. MERCHANDISING, ADVERTISING AND SIGNS 7.01 VENDING, PEDDLING, ETC. No person shall expose or offer for sale any article or thing nor shall he station or place any stand, cart, or vehicle [or the transportation, sale or display of any such article or mer- Qhandise within the limits of any parks. Exception is here made as to any regularly licensed concessionaire acting by and under the authority and regu- lotion of the Department and providing foods, goods or services for the benefit of the public. 7,02 ADVERTISING AND PUBLICITY. All advertising or publicity posted or announced in or on park property must be approved by the Park Manager or Director of Parks and Recreation. Section d. MISCELLANEOUS 8.01 LOST AND FOUND ARTICLES. The finding of lost articles shall hP :'eported to the Park Manager or administrative officies of the Parks and Recreation Department. While the Director can assume no responsibility for search, every reasonable effort to find valuable lost property will he made ® -9-
