0 <br />' <br />2.05 <br />4 ~hC~ C ~1~ <br />PARKING. <br />1 J <br />n <br />BO.K 1 <br />(a) <br />All motor cars shall be parked only in established and indi- <br />cated parking areas or in such other areas and such times <br />as the Department may designate, except as hereinafter spec- <br />fied otherwise. <br />' <br />(b) <br />Full parking on roads or driveways is forbidden at all <br />times except in an emergency. No stopping or parking is <br />permitted even briefly on the lefthand side of any road <br />or driveway. <br />(c) <br />Parking at any established parking concourse shall be done <br />in accordance with the markings thereon. <br />(d) <br />No person shall park or station any vehicle in any zone <br />disignated and marked "NO PARKING" or otherwide marked for <br />restricted use except briefly for the expeditious loading <br />or unloading of passengers or freight and in no case in <br />excess of five (5) minutes for passengers and ten (10) <br />minutes for freight. <br />(e) <br />No person shall make non-emergency repairs, perform <br />routine maintenance or wash any vehicle in any County <br />Park or Recreation Area. <br />(f) Any vehicle in violation. of-these-regulations shall be - - <br />subject to be towed from the area with all towing and <br />storage charges to be the responsibility of the owner of <br />said vehicle. <br />2.06 SOLICITING RIDES OR FARES. No pedestrian shall solicit <br />• <br />rides from any driver, and no driver of any vehicle will solicit riders for <br />money or fares <br />2.07 TRUCKS, ETC. No private or public trucks, carts, wagons, or <br />other vehicles carrying building materials, merchandise, or other articles <br />o:' freight or merchandise for sale, or which are commonly used for the carry- <br />ing thereof, shall enter any park area or make use of park roads except on <br />special authorization of the Park Manager or Director in connection with park <br />work and activities. Exception is made for empty trucks not for hire and used <br />solely at the time for transporting persons to a park for recreational purposes. <br />2.08 BICYCLES. Bicycles may be ridden on any designated roads or <br />trails. When riding on vehicular roads they must observe all safety rules <br />and regulations as constituted by State Law. Bicyclists shall, when riding <br />or parking their bikes, respect the safety and security of other park users. <br />2.09 PARK ENTRANCE. No person or persons shall enter any County <br />Park via land or water except through the designated park entrance or area <br />-3- <br />0 <br />
