Broadway will make available to the Department the <br />sum of $15,000.00 known as "Pork Barrel Funds" immediately upon execution of _ <br />this agrament to be used in connection with the construction or maintenance <br />of two tennis courts on the property leased and described on Ddnibit A. The - - - <br />construction of the two tennis courts will be made under the supervision of <br />the Department. <br />4. Maintenance by Department. The Department will supply maintenance of <br />the tennis facility in the form of (a) fence repair (b) court repairs (c) bulb <br />replacenent (d) net replacement (e) s0ueegies and any other appropriate supplies <br />or service dead necessary by the Departrrent. <br />5. Maintenance by Broadway. Broadway will provide the mans for routine <br />Maintenance of the tennis courts such as sweeping, trash pickup, cleaning bathrooms, <br />and generally keeping the area clean. <br />6. Electrical lighting. Broadway will provide up to $600.00 annually to be <br />applied on the electrical lighting of the facility.
