Barrington heirs as described in deed recorded in Book 52, pages 633-637, Lee County Registry, all according to the map hereinafter referred to and running there South 11 degrees 01 minute 22 seconds Fast 123.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 78 degrees 58 minutes 38 seconds West 184.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 11 degrees 01 minute 22 seconds West 123.48 feet to an iron pipe in the boundary line with the Harrington heirs property; thence as said boundary line North 79 degrees 07 minutes 35 seconds Fast 184.00 feet to the point of BELRUNG, containing 0.52 acres. line foregoing des- cripticn was prepared from a survey and map by Dowell G.
