0 @ <br />A00~ fi ?,e: 681 <br />The monthly report of refunds was presented to the Board for <br />its consideration. Commissioner Jerry M. Almond moved that the refunds <br />requests for the month of December 1984 and January 1985, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto, be approved. Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews seconded the <br />motion and upon a roll call vote, Commissioners Almond, Cox, Matthews and Dott- <br />erer voted for it and no one voted against it. <br />County Manager, Walter B. Hartman, Jr., presented budget <br />amendment entitled "Appropriation Adjustment #2/4/85/13". The Board re- <br />viewed the budget amendment and upon motion of Commissioner Bertha L. <br />Matthews, duly seconded by Commissioner Jerry M. Almond, the Commiss- <br />ioners, upon a roll call vote, voted as follows: Commissioners Almond, Cox, <br />Matthews and Dotterer voted "Aye" and no one voted "No". <br />The IRS regulations concerning travel was discussed at length, <br />following which Commissioner Jerry M. Almond moved that the mileage <br />reimbursement as paid by the County be reduced from 23 cents per mile to 20-1/2 <br />cents per mile. Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews seconded the motion and upon <br />a vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />The report of the computer review committee was presented <br />to the Board and discussed. After discussion of the review, Commissioner <br />Jerry M. Almond moved that the recommendations of the committee that the <br />County's policy be that all County users would be by means of a centralized <br />computer, be adopted. Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews seconded the motion <br />and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />The Board next reviewed the departmental reports received. <br />Commissioner Almond inquired about the budget schedule and the determination <br />of the excess property. <br />Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews invited the members of the <br />Board to the celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the Post Office at Lemon <br />Springs. <br />There being no further business to come before the session, upon <br />motion of Commissioner Jerry M. Almond, duly seconded by Commissioner <br />Raymond C. Cox, Jr. , the meeting adjourned sine die. <br />CHAIRMAN <br />
