BUCK it PACE 69~ J MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR ,11 THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA V Monday,^ February '118, „1985W 1 1 1 1 f' The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened on Monday, February 18, 1985, at 7:00 o'clock p. m. , in the Commissioner's Room, on the second floor of the County Office Building, 200 Wicker Street, Sanford, North Carolina. Those present were Commissioners Jerry M. Almond, Raymond C. Cox, Jr., John R. Dossenbach, Jr. , John E. Dotterer and Bertha L. Matthews. Comm- issioner John E. Dotterer announced that a quorum was present and the meet- ing open for the transaction of business. Chairman John E. Dotterer presided and the following business was transacted: The invocation was given by Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. The minutes of the regular meeting held on Monday, February 4, 1985, were approved and ordered recorded, upon motion of Commissioner Jerry M. Almond, seconded by Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr., which motion was unanimously adopted upon a vote. The road petition requesting that Parkwood Drive (Secondary Road No. 1250) be paved, was presented to the Board and considered. Following discussion of the matter, Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews moved that the petition be approved and the resolution attached to these minutes asking that said road be paved, be approved. Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. The written report of Mr. Leonard Barefoot, Lee County Planner, was presented to the Board. The Board considered the preliminary and final plats submitted and noted that each plat had been approved by the Planning Board. Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews moved that the Board approve the preliminary plat of Longbranch Subdivision, the final plat of Lee County Industrial Park, the preliminary plat for Wayview Subdivision, the
