a00K1 g~ PACE <br />7. Travel ways shall be covered with crush and run stone or other <br />material approved by the Planning Board. The stone shall be laid <br />the width of the travel way and shall be a uniform depth of not <br />less than four (4) inches, at the time of final subdivision re- <br />view, unless the Planning Board approves a lesser amount based <br />on information from the developer prepared by aregistered..engineerr, - <br />architect, contractor, or qualified soil specialist. The informa- <br />tion shall substantiate the fact that a road equal in quality to <br />a road with a four (4) inch stone base can be constructed with a <br />lesser amount of stone in the given situation. <br />8. Private roads that are cul-de-sacs shall have an adequate turn <br />around which has a road bed with an outside diameter not less <br />than fourty-five (45) feet. The outside diameter of the right- <br />of-way of the turn around shall not be less than fifty-five (55) <br />feet. <br />9. Sight distance casements at the-inter.section_of-.pr.ivate-roads------ with public state maintained roads shall be equal to or greater <br />Chan chose required by the Division of highways. <br />10. Drainage and erosion control measures shall be equal to those <br />required for public roads. <br />D. Cerr-ification of Private Roads. <br />The design and consc rucc ion of private roads shall be ce rc if ied co <br />be in compliance with these regulacions,by a licensed engineer, <br />• architect, contractor or, surveyor prior to final approval. <br />Waiter B.
