11 FAU 732 Mr. Leonard Barefoot, County Planner, appeared before the Board and presented preliminary plat of the Farmstead Subdivision which had been approved by the Planning Board. Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. , moved that the Board approve the preliminary plat. Commissioner Jerry M. Almond seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. Mr. Leonard Barefoot, County, Planner, appeared before the Board and reported that the'Planning Board had met following the joint public hearing on April 15, 1985, concerning the proposed amendments to the Mobile Home Park Ordinance and the Subdivision Ordinance and that the Planning Board, by a majority vote, had voted to recommend that the Board of Commissioners adopt all of the recommendations as presented at the hearing. Commissioner Jerry M. Almond moved that the Mobile Home Ordinance be amended in the manner and form as set forth in the notice of the public hearing, a copy of which notice is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Commiss- ioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr, seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimous- ly adopted. Commissioner Jerry M., Almond moved that the Lee County Subdivision Ordinance be amended in the manner and form as set out in the notice of the public hearing, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof. Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted.. County Planner, Leonard Barefoot, requested that all reports of road signs which have been knocked down or removed be reported to his office. The Board next considered the bids received for a copier. The lowest bid received was from Copytype, Inc. , for a xerox machine at a total bid price of $12, 188. 75. Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. moved that the low bid of Copytype, Inc. be accepted. The motion was duly seconded and upon a vote was unanimously adopted. County Manager, Walter B. Hartman, Jr., presented for consid- eration by the Board, Budget Amendment entitled "4/15/85/17". The matter was discussed and reviewed, following which Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. moved that the budget amendment, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part hereof, be approved. Commissioner Jerry M. Almond seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. The Board then recessed its meeting as Commissioners, in order to conduct business as a Board of Equalization and Review. Following the session as the Board of Equalization and Review, the Commissioners resumed sitting as the Board of Commissioners, with all members present.
