9.OOK PAGE ~U41 <br />Copies of the Board's present policy for making appointments <br />to Boards and Commissions were distributed to members of the Board with the <br />request that they study them for consideration of amendments in the future. <br />The Chairman announced that Dr. Lynn Smith had accepted the <br />appointment to the Parks and Recreation Commission and had resigned as a <br />member of the Emergency Medical Services Council. <br />The Chairman also announced that there was a vacancy on the <br />Youth Services Commission which also needed to be filled. <br />There being no further business to come before the session, <br />Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. moved that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Commissioner Bertha L.
