9N0. il fa,E 808 <br />WHEREAS, the attached plat easement map as <br />recorded with the Lee County Register of Deeds in <br />Plat Cabinet No, 5, Slide No. 5, on which the location <br />of the described road has been identified in yellow, is <br />requested by the Lee County Board of Commissioners <br />to be added to the secondary road system; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lee County Board of Commissioners <br />is of the opinion that the above described road meets <br />standards and criteria established by the State Highway <br />Commission for addition of roads to their system; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF THE COUNTY <br />OF LEE that the State Highway Commission is hereby re- <br />quested to review the above road and take over the road <br />and assume the maintenance. <br />Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews seconded the motion and, <br />upon a vote, it was unanimously adopted, <br />Mr. Elwin Buchanan, Grants Administrator, then reviewed the <br />written report he had filed showing the status of the projects being supervised <br />by his office. <br />Mr. Buchanan presented to the Board for its consideration, <br />Change Order Number One (1) to the contract with Blue Construction Company <br />on the County Water System, which would authorize the following modifications: <br />Change all 6" PVC CL 200 pipe to 6" PVC, C-900 <br />Increase price per L. F. $0. 60 <br />Relocate waterline SHT #18/26 and 21/26 from Hickory <br />House Road north to Chat-Lee Sporting Goods. <br />(Quantities to be adjusted at end of project) <br />Relocate Waterline from Owl's Nest Subdivision <br />property line east across Palimino Motel property <br />to Westover Drive SHT #2/26, (Quantities to be <br />adjusted at end of project) <br />Relocate waterline around concrete traffic island SHT <br />#20/26. (Quantities to be adjusted at end of project) <br />
