Commissioner Oldham moved to approve a Resolution Appointing Mr. W. Dale Talbert as Lee <br />County Attorney, a copy of which is attached to these minutes and by this reference made a part <br />hereof. Staff has completed on -line job description questionnaires and <br />tFie is scheduled to be completed by March. <br />• Negotiations in reference to contracts with the City of Sanford are still on hold. These <br />agreements were a major focus of the Evergreen review. It is expected that <br />recommendations will be given with regards to the City contracts in the final report. <br />recommendations <br />Health Department is in need of additional space and is asking that they be moved <br />from -tFie Government Center (2 "d floor). Commissioners will need to review and discuss <br />the situation with the Board of Health. <br />• County offices will be closed December 26 & 27 for the Christmas Holiday and <br />January 2 " for the New Year's Holiday. <br />• A two -day workshop for Commissioners is being scheduled for late January-early <br />February to discuss a Strategic Economic Growth Plan. <br />• A one -day Budget Kickoff session for Commissioners will be held the first of March (date <br />undecided at this time). <br />
