BU:i~S PhGf MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS FOR THE COUNTY OF'LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA rm~ r r f m r~ T n m m n T-.,,-F:n Monday, August 51 1985 The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the County of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 9:30 o'clock a. m., in the Commissioners' Room on the second floor of the County Office Building, 200 Wicker Street, Sanford, North Carolina. Those present were Commissioners Jerry M. Almond, Raymond C. Cox, Jr., John R. Dossenbach, Jr., and Bertha L. Matthews. Commissioner John E. Dotterer was absent. Vice Chairman John R. Dossenbach, Jr. presided and the following business was transacted: The invocation was given by Walter B. Hartman, Jr. , the County Manager. The draft of the minutes of the regular meeting held on July 22, 1985, were considered and upon motion of Commissioner Jerry M. Almond, seconded by Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. , the Board unanimously adopted them as the official minutes of said meet- ing and ordered them recorded. Mr. Elwin Buchanan, Grants Administrator, appeared before the Board and reviewed the projects being supervised by his office. Mr. Buchanan then presented for consideration, Amendment, No. 1 to Grant Agreement for Project #3-37-0065-03. The matter was discussed following which Commissioner Jerry M. Almond moved that the Amendment be accepted and approved and authorize the execution thereof by the appropriate County officials, and the delivery of same. Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. , seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unani- mously adopted. Mr. Buchanan then presented for the Board's consid- eration, Amendment No. 1 to Grant Agreement for Project # 3-37-0065-04. The matter was discussed, following which Commissioner Jerry M. Almond moved that the Amendment to the Grant Agreement be accepted
