BRITT <br /> REGISTER OF DEEDS <br /> FILED Jul 25, 2019 <br /> AT 02:37:43 pm <br /> BOOK 00003 <br /> START PAGE 0599 <br /> END PAGE 0599 <br /> INSTRUMENT # 04303 <br /> EXCISE TAX (None) <br /> COUNTY OF LEE, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> LEE COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER COMPLEX RENOVATIONS <br /> CAPTIAL PROJECT BUDGET ORDINANCE <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Lee County Board of Commissioners that the following budget for the <br /> LEE COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER COMPLEX RENOVATIONS is hereby approved and <br /> adopted: <br /> Section 1: The following amounts are hereby appropriated for Lee County <br /> Government Center Complex Renovations for the period June 17, 2019 to June 30, 2022, <br /> according to the following schedule and summary. <br /> Section 2: That for said project period there is hereby appropriated the following: <br /> REVENUE <br /> SOURCE AMOUNT <br /> Transfer from General Fund $ 692,450 <br /> TOTAL PROJECT REVENUES $ 692,450 <br /> EXPENSE <br /> SOURCE AMOUNT <br /> Architect/Engineering $ 200,000 <br /> General Construction 492.450 <br /> TOTAL PROJECT EXPENSES $ 692,450 <br /> Section 3. Funds that have been advanced, or may be advanced, from the General Fund for <br /> project cost are intended to be reimbursed from the financing proceeds. <br /> Section 4. Copies of this budget shall be furnished to the Finance Officer of Lee County, <br /> North Carolina, to be kept on file for direction in collection of revenue and expenditures of <br /> amounts appropriated. <br /> Section 5.
