roe 1~ ~r,~~~ 839 <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. duly seconded <br />by Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr., which motion was unanimously <br />adopted upon a vote, the Board went into Executive Session to discuss <br />matters concerning land acquisition and a personnel matter, <br />Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr., move'u that the Executive <br />Session be closed and the Board resume its meeting in open session. Comm- <br />issioner Bertha L. Matthews seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unani- <br />mously adopted. <br />The Chairman directed that the minutes reflect that the Board took no <br />action in its Executive Session and also directed that the minutes reflect that <br />the Board had received an advisory opinion from the Lee County Personnel <br />Board dated August 14, 1985, concerning termination of employment of a com- <br />petitive service employee. <br />.Commissioner Bertha L.
