Failure to pay <br />monthly charges may negate any accrued equity in the <br />tap and prompt discontinuation of service until all <br />deferred payments have been received in full. <br />(5) Tap fees to serve rental property are not eligible for <br />repayment on a deferred basis. <br />(6) Tap fees that are repaid on the deferred basis are not <br />eligible to be transfered from one owner to another. <br />If the property is sold or rented the entire unpaid <br />portion of the tap fee becomes due and payable. <br />(7) A 108 (ten percent) interest rate will be charged on <br />outstanding balance of the deferred tap amount. <br />III. APPLICATION FOR SERVICE <br />A. Service will be supplied to those who front on lines of the <br />County Water System. <br />B. Customers will make application for service, in person, at the <br />Lee County Grants Administration office located in the County <br />Office Building. When filing the application, the customer <br />will furnish all required information along with the guarantee <br />deposit. <br />C. The County may <br />available under <br />service cost, or <br />other customers <br />good and suffici <br />refunded. <br />reject any application for service not <br />a standard rate or which involves excessive <br />which may affect the supply of service to <br />or for giving false information or for other <br />ent reasons, in which case the deposit will be <br />D.
