Almond; Raymond C. CQx, Jr. ; John
R. Dossenbach, Jr. ; John E. Dotterer; and Bertha L. Matthews. Chairman
John E. Dotterer declared a quorum present and the meeting open for the
transaction of business.
Chairman John E. Dotterer presided and the following business was
transacted:
The invocation was given by County Attorney, K. R. Hoyle.
The draft of the minutes of the regular meeting held on Monday,
November 4, 1985, was considered and amended in several particulars. As
amended, the draft was again considered and upon motion of Commissioner
John R. Dossenbach, Jr., seconded by Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews,
it was unanimously adopted as the official minutes of said meeting and ordered
them recorded.
There were no road petitions to consider but the Board took up for dis-
cussion the traffic problems at East Lee Junior High School. Following the
discussion, Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr, moved the Board that the
proper authorities of the Department of Transportation be requested to make
a traffic survey at the East Lee Junior High School site for use as the basis
to determine recommendation to alleviate the traffic problems in that area.
Commissioner Bertha L. 'Matthews seconded the motion and upon a vote it was
unanimously adopted.
