~o~s 11 ma $97 <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />OF <br />THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF LEE, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA <br />Monday, December 16, 1985 <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners for the <br />County of Lee, State of North Carolina, convened at 7:00 o'clock p.m. , on <br />Monday, December 16, 1985, in the Commissioners' Room on the second floor <br />of the County Office Building, 200 Wicker Street, Sanford, North Carolina. <br />Those present were Commissioners Jerry M. Almond, Raymond C. Cox, Jr., <br />John R. Dossenbach, Jr., John E. Dotterer, and Bertha L. Matthews. <br />Chairman John E. Dotterer declared a quorum present and the meeting open <br />for the transaction of business. <br />Chairman John E. Dotterer presided and the following business <br />was transacted: <br />The invocation was given by Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, <br />Jr. <br />The draft of the minutes of the regular meeting held on Monday, <br />December 2, 1985, were considered and upon motion of Commissioner Bertha <br />L. Matthews, seconded by Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr. , were adopted <br />by a unanimous vote as the official minutes of said meeting and ordered record- <br />ed. <br />The preliminary plat of the South Fork Subdivision, Section 1, <br />which involves approximately 62 acres of a 304 acres tract being developed by <br />Van Croce Realty, was presented to the Board. The Planning Board recomm- <br />ended approval of the Preliminary Plat. After discussion and review, Comm- <br />issioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr. moved that the Board approve the Preliminary <br />Plat of the Subdivision. Commissioner Bertha L. Matthews seconded the motion <br />and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />
