13 <br />• <br />States House of Representatives on December 17, 1985 ("the House Bill") <br />as though the House Bill were in effect on the date of issuance of the bonds <br />except to the extent that the Issuer obtains an opinion of bond counsel to the <br />effect that noncompliance with the House Bill would not subject interest on <br />the bonds to Federal income taxes. <br />The motion having been duly seconded, and the resolution having been <br />considered, it was adopted by the following vote: <br />AYES: Raymond C. Cox, Jr. , John R. Dossenbach, Jr., <br />John E. Dotterer and Bertha L. Matthews. <br />NAYS: None <br />Mrs. Charles Douglas of 6o9 Horner Boulevard, appeared before the <br />Board and complained about the activities of the Police Department of the <br />City of Sanford, in going into her home and searching for her husband. Mrs. <br />Douglas was advised that the Board did not have jurisdiction over the City Police <br />and suggested she direct her complaints to the Sanford Board of Aldermen, and <br />consult an attorney if she felt she has a legal grievance. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr., which motion <br />was duly seconded by Commissioner Raymond C. Cox, Jr., the Board unanimously <br />voted to go into Executive Session. Following the Executive Session, at which no <br />action was taken, Commissioner John R. Dossenbach, Jr., moved that the Board <br />close the Executive Session and resume its regular meeting. Commissioner <br />Raymond C. Cox, Jr. seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously <br />adopted. <br />• <br />
