0 <br />arin~; 12 FA+:: 33 <br />Commissioner Jerry M. Almond reported on the Finance Committee <br />meeting held on August 7, 1986. On behalf of the Finance Committee, and in <br />keeping with their recommendations, Commissioner Almond moved the approval <br />of Budget Amendment # 8/7/86/01, which would allow Social Services to purchase <br />fans with $840.00 in 100% Crises Intervention money. Commissioner Raymond <br />C. Cox, Jr, seconded the motion and upon a vote it was unanimously adopted. <br />Commissioner Jerev -M- Almond moved that the <br />following resolution be adopted: <br />WHEREAS, the Local Government Commission of North <br />Carolina has informed the Board of Commissioners of the County <br />of Lee that it has sold in the manner prescribed by law <br />the county's $10,000,000 School Bonds, dated August 1, 1986, <br />and that the contract of sale contemplates that the bonds <br />shall bear interest as hereinafter provided; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />
