III -F: Child Care Subsidy <br />4.0 Entire MOU <br />This MOU and any documents incorporated specifically by reference represent the entire <br />agreement between the Parties and supersede all prior oral or written statements or agreements <br />between the Parties. <br />5.0 Definitions <br />While "County" is used as an abbreviation above, the following definitions, some of which are <br />contained in N.C. Gen. Stat. § 108A -74(a), also apply to this MOU: <br />(1) "County department of social services" also means the consolidated human services <br />agency, whichever applies; <br />(2) "County director of social services" also means the human services director, <br />whichever applies; and <br />(3) "County board of social services" also means the consolidated human services <br />board, whichever applies. <br />(4) "Child welfare services or program" means protective, foster care, and adoption <br />services related to juveniles alleged to be abused, neglected, or dependent as required by <br />Chapter 7B of the General Statutes. <br />(5) "Social services programs" or "Social services programs other than medical <br />assistance" means social services and public assistance programs established in Chapter <br />Page 3 of 25 <br />
